Glamor Grace SA delivers throughout South Africa using trusted courier and pickup partners. Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on the method you select.

Delivery options

• The Courier Guy — Door-to-door delivery anywhere in South Africa. Flat rate: R99.00 per order.
• PUDO — Collect from a PUDO locker or pickup point. Flat rate: R59.00 per order.
• Pargo — Collect from a Pargo pickup point near you. Flat rate: R59.00 per order.
• Pep — Collect from your nearest PEP store. Flat rate: R45.00 per order.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your parcel is handed to the courier. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Delivery estimates

• Major metros: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Regional & remote areas: typically 3–10 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates only — public holidays and courier delays may affect delivery.

Pickup points

For PUDO, Pargo, and PEP collection options, you will receive instructions once your parcel is ready for collection. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.
